Returns Policy

Introduction

At DIY-HUB, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@diy-hub.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund or Exchange: After approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or an exchange will be initiated based on your preference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@diy-hub.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@diy-hub.com and send your item to the address provided.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
